Changing my saddle for the ISM which due to it’s design elevates the pressure on the uretha was an excellent idea and it works.
Although this is day four and my target is 100 miles before the end of the Easter break to give me a chance to rest, I’ve so far covered 86 miles (that’s 86 miles in 3 days, due to not riding on day one). That now leaves 214 miles to go before end if April.
So Monday 5th and day five of my challenge I must complete 14 miles to reach my target.
Although I do ache I seem to recover fairly quickly, it’s my catheter that seems to cause my the most problems.
