Prostate Cancer UK Cycle Ride Day Twenty Five

Today I decided than rather than take to even more hills, I would make my way back from Derbyshire to Hinckley to cycle.

The journey home was quiet and arrived home earlier than expected, so a quick wash down ready for next trip, then back to Boots to have my hearing aids adjusted

So this afternoon I had (and still have) a painfully stomach ache, not sure if it’s trapped wind or pressure from the task, now laying down with hot water bottle and drinking plenty of hot water.

The challenge is taking it’s toll as I find im struggling to cycle.

With only 25 miles left to go, I wanted to make good progress, but with my issues and the wind the task was a lot harder.

Today a total of 16 miles and a grand total of 291 miles leaving just 9 miles to go
