Prostate Cancer UK Cycle Ride Day Twenty Four

Due to Rotarty I was unable to cycle and travelling to Dale Abbey, Derby meant no cycle ride for day twenty three

So day twenty four was the hardest ride I have done during this challenge. Also my catheter was hurting as earlier in the morning I could not drain.

Based at The Carpenters Arms, Dale Abbey, Derby I decided to make up the miles lost. The route was uphill, I can see why there were not many cyclist here, nothing but hills and more hills, as soon as I got to the top of one, another rears its head. The ride was slow as I can feel it’s now taking it’s toll on me.

So today a total of 24 miles giving me 275 cycled this month, with only 25 miles left to do.
